<idAbs>&lt;DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Raster dataset representing the bare earth surface of the Essex Region.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The Airborne Topographic Lidar (ATL) acquisition was initiated during the fall of 2016, spring/fall of 2017 and spring of 2018 through a collaborative partnership between the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (MNRF), the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (OMAFRA) and a private contractor; it covers the entirety of, and is limited to, the Essex Region. The Lidar Digital Terrain Model is a 50 cm raster representing the bare-earth terrain derived from a classified lidar point cloud, which has been hydro-flattened using water body breaklines. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"&gt;&lt;SPAN /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This data set was produced to meet accuracy standards for Ontario Digital Geospatial Data for a 5 cm Vertical Accuracy Class equating to Non-vegetated Vertical Accuracy (NVA) of +/- 9.8 cm at 95% confidence level and Vegetated Vertical Accuracy (VVA) of +/- 14.7 cm at the 95th percentile. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"&gt;&lt;SPAN /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The original dataset's horizontal and vertical reference systems/datums are as follows:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Horizontal: NAD 83 CSRS epoch 2010 UTM Zone 17 N&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Vertical: CGVD2013&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P STYLE="font-weight:bold;margin:0 0 0 0;"&gt;&lt;SPAN /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P STYLE="font-weight:bold;margin:0 0 0 0;"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Essex Region Conservation Authority&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;has converted the vertical datum to CGVD28:78 using the GPS-H tool from NRCan.
